# ReviewVault Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ReviewVault Shopify app (“ReviewVault”, “App”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
## 1. About ReviewVault
ReviewVault helps merchants import and display selected review content (including eBay feedback data) on their Shopify store.
## 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of the business installing the App.
## 3. Shopify & Third-Party Platforms
ReviewVault integrates with Shopify and may connect to third-party services (including eBay).
Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability, API limits, policy changes, or outages.
## 4. Merchant Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- ensuring you have rights to use and display imported review content;
- complying with consumer, advertising, and marketplace rules;
- maintaining accurate store and app settings.
## 5. Plans, Billing, and Renewals
ReviewVault may offer free and paid plans (including monthly, annual, and/or one-time lifetime plans).
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
- Charges are processed through Shopify billing.
- Prices may change with notice for future billing cycles.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
## 6. Feature Access
Some features are limited to paid plans.
We may update, add, or remove features at any time to maintain, improve, or secure the App.
## 7. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the App or related systems;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access;
- use the App in a way that violates laws, platform rules, or third-party rights.
## 8. Data and Privacy

## 9. Intellectual Property
The App, code, branding, and related materials are owned by ReviewVault (or its licensors).
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App while your account is active and compliant with these Terms.
## 10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific business outcomes.
## 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, sales, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 3 months before the claim.
## 12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ReviewVault harmless against claims, losses, and costs arising from your use of the App, your store content, or your breach of these Terms.
## 13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or platform compliance reasons.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
## 14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
## 15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
