By purchasing any package or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  • This website is operated by Shoplane. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shoplane. Shoplane offers this website, including all 
    information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and 
    notices stated here.

  • “You”, “Client”, “Customer” refers to the person or business purchasing or using our services.

  • “Service” refers to the delivery of pre-made Shopify stores and related inclusions as outlined in each package.


 By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions 
(“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These 
Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or 
contributors of content.


 Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound 
by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any 
Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

 Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Services Provided

Shoplane offers pre-made Shopify store packages, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Store setup and customization

  • Domain registration (first year free)

  • Logo design

  • Product uploading

  • Basic SEO setup

  • Shopify app integrations

  • Product and supplier research

  • Social media templates

  • Email marketing setup

  • Ongoing support, depending on the selected package

 Payment and Pricing

  • Full payment is required upfront before any service begins.

  • Prices are listed in [USD/AUD/Your Currency] and may change without prior notice.

  • Payment methods accepted: [Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.].

  • Packages are non-refundable once the service process has commenced.

 

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines depend on the package purchased:

    • Starter: 3-5 business days

    • Growth: 5-7 business days

    • Premium: 7-10 business days

    • Elite: 10-15 business days

  • Delays may occur due to incomplete information provided by the client or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Domain Registration

  • Shoplane provides domain registration for one year, included in most packages.

  • After the first year (or as mentioned in your package), domain renewal is the client’s responsibility.

  • Ownership of the domain will be transferred to the client upon completion of the project.

Intellectual Property

  • You will own the rights to the completed store, logo, and domain once the final payment is received and the project is delivered.

  • Shoplane retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once work has commenced.

  • If you cancel before work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative fees.

  • In exceptional cases, we may consider refunds or adjustments. Please contact us at info@shoplane.com.au for such requests.

Support and Maintenance

  • Basic support is included as specified in your package.

  • Additional support beyond the initial support period is available at an additional cost.

  • Support includes technical assistance related to the initial setup, but not ongoing store management (unless included in your package).

 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the description , colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee 
that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of 
products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.


 SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process.

  • Cooperate in providing content, preferences, or feedback when requested.

  • Ensure compliance with Shopify’s Terms of Service and any applicable laws when operating your store.

 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per 
household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders 
that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by  contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.


 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
 

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of 
any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
 Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar 
with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).


 We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new 
features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

  • We do not guarantee specific results or earnings.

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

In no case shall Shoplane, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any 
strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.   • Your use of the premade store and its services.

  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Any claims made by third parties related to your products, services, or conduct within the store.

  • Your breach of any laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your relationship with Shoplane and the use of our services.


 SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Shoplane and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

 The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
 These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by 
notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may 
terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; 
and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
